Q. What are your personal goals?
I'm currently training to increase my squat, deadlift and bench press with the goal of competing in a powerlifting meet in the fall of 2022. I like challenge myself, and am excited to see where this goal will take me.
Q. What are your favourite Leisure activities?
Spending time with my family, especially my son. Also napping!
Q. Who is your favourite athlete?
I'm always motivated by women who can do really impressive things, like Jessica Buettner (Canadian Powerlifting).
Q. Where is your favourite restaurant?
There are too many! At the moment it's probably Bao for their Chicken Karage Ramen, I'm obsessed with it.
Q. If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
Somewhere in Central America with a nice beach and warm weather. Maybe Honduras or Nicaragua. In 2011 my husband and I drove from Victoria it Costa Rica and back in a little car, and I would love to do that again one day if it's safe to do so.
